We are authorized to distribute a wide variety of dairy products across Kerala, ensuring that our customers receive only the best. Our product range includes Milk, Curd, Butter, Ghee, Cheese, Paneer, Milk Powder, and Ice Cream, all made with the finest ingredients and utmost care.

Orders may be canceled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If an order is canceled prior to dispatch, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
Please note that depending on the payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account.
We deliver across Kerala, and you can check the delivery availability for your area at checkout. Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days, though delivery times may vary based on location and product availability.
We do not charge any shipping fees. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a driver contact number to track your shipment.
Please inspect your order upon delivery, and if there are any damages or missing items, report them within 24 hours by emailing admin@eastendindia.in. We are not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or logistical issues.
